Singularity
I was born of it,
and shall one day dissolve back.
I yearned for a womb,
and found it in an act of creation—
wrought by two great souls
who once pursued the very same quest.
There, for a time, in that laboratory of wonder,
I was layered with five sacred sheaths:
Bliss, Intellect, Mind, Life, and Body.
Two and a half I carried
from my many past journeys;
Two and a half I gathered
here, deep inside.
When the day was due, a knot was severed
between "Me" and "Her"—my Divine Mother!
I wept aloud,
awakening to both the wonder and the limits
of this sensory world.
Yet, there was the warmth and softness of her touch,
the familiar fragrance of our skin,
and the taste of nectar—her milk.
I beheld her smile through my newborn eyes
as she whispered a soothing lullaby.
And I took short flights back to my Source,
drifting between waking, dreaming, and deep sleep.
When I returned, my Mother introduced me
to someone of a striking semblance: my Father!
He bestowed upon me a name—
my very first ego.
But this time, I know the art of detachment.
After so many lifetimes, so many long sleeps,
I must return to that ultimate Singularity!
